Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop effective signage and print solutions
Design and produce large-format graphics including:
Interior & exterior signage
Vehicle wraps
Banners
Trade show displays
Dimensional graphics
Prepare client proofs and manage revisions
Perform color correction and ensure accurate color reproduction
Create production-ready files using Adobe Creative Suite and RIP software
Operate large-format printers, flatbeds, plotters, cutters, and laminators
Manage multiple projects while meeting production deadlines
Conduct quality control checks for brand consistency and accuracy
Maintain organized project documentation and production specifications
Stay current with signage trends, materials, and production technologies
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred
Proven experience in signage and large-format print production
Strong portfolio showcasing fabricated and installed projects (not digital marketing or web-only design)
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign
Experience with Gerber Omega, Onyx RIP, Thrive RIP, and large-format production workflows
Hands-on experience operating large-format printing equipment
Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory
Excellent attention to detail and quality control
Ability to prioritize and manage deadlines in a fast-paced production environment
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented mindset
