What You'll Do

Design and develop impactful signage, branding, and visual communication solutions

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to bring concepts to life

Create and prepare production-ready artwork for:

Interior & Exterior Signage

Vehicle Wraps & Fleet Graphics

Banners

Trade Show Displays

Environmental & Dimensional Graphics

Window & Wall Graphics

Develop client proofs and manage revisions

Perform color correction and maintain color consistency across projects

Operate large-format production equipment including printers, flatbeds, cutters, plotters, and laminators

Prepare files using Adobe Creative Suite and RIP software

Conduct quality control inspections to ensure accuracy and brand compliance

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Maintain organized project files and production documentation

Stay current on industry trends, materials, and production technologies

Qualifications

Required

Experience working in a sign shop, signage company, or large-format print environment

Strong portfolio showcasing fabricated, produced, and installed signage projects (Web-only or digital-only portfolios will not be considered)

Proficiency with:

Adobe Illustrator

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe InDesign

Microsoft Office

Gerber Omega

Onyx RIP

Thrive RIP

Experience with large-format print production workflows

Understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and print production

Experience with vehicle wraps

Logo development, branding, and custom graphic creation experience
