Responsibilities: • Design marketing materials to support property listings, including brochures, flyers, signage, and listing presentations • Develop social media content (static posts, stories, and animations) tailored to promote listings, open houses, and company branding • Create email campaign assets and landing page visuals for property promotions and lead generation • Collaborate with agents and the marketing team to deliver compelling visuals that highlight property features and value • Maintain brand consistency across all channels while evolving the visual style in innovative ways • Assist in developing templates and systems for scalable, repeatable design needs Qualifications: • 1+ years of graphic design experience, ideally within real estate, architecture, or lifestyle marketing • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) • Strong layout, typography, and photo editing skills • An eye for clean, sophisticated design that appeals to a high-end or lifestyle-driven audience • Ability to juggle multiple projects with competing deadlines • Excellent collaboration and communication skills Compensation: $6,000 yearly
