Graphic Designer – National Security Tech

A fast-growing national security technology company is seeking a Graphic Designer to join its marketing team in Arlington, VA. This designer will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s visual identity across digital, web, print, and event materials. If you're a detail-oriented creative with a knack for both branding and execution, this role offers the chance to influence messaging that reaches top stakeholders across the Defense and Intelligence communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design branded marketing assets for digital, print, presentations, email, and social media

• Create and manage layouts, templates, and style guides to ensure brand consistency

• Own and organize the marketing asset library

• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet marketing and sales enablement needs

• Support events with creative collateral and branded items

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of professional design experience

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and PowerPoint

• Experience in digital, print, and presentation design

• Excellent visual storytelling, layout, and branding skills (portfolio required)

• Strong project management and communication skills

• U.S. Citizenship required

Preferred:

• Experience in tech, defense, or startup environments

• Familiarity with CMS tools like Webflow

• Active or eligible U.S. security clearance

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Arlington, VA. Occasional travel (up to 10%) may be required.
