    Job Summary

    The Graphic Designer / Visual Marketing Specialist will develop high-impact visuals to support BaRupOn's digital presence, campaigns, and brand communications. This role combines creativity and technical skill to produce marketing collateral, social media graphics, pitch decks, web assets, and other branded materials. The ideal candidate has a strong design portfolio and experience in fast-paced, brand-conscious environments.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design engaging graphics for digital and print including brochures, presentations, reports, and advertisements
    • Create branded content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and trade shows
    • Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials
    • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams on design needs for ongoing projects
    • Contribute to visual storytelling for proposals, investor materials, and company updates
    • Edit and resize assets for various platforms and channels
    • Stay current on design trends, tools, and technologies

    Qualifications

    • 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, digital media, or visual marketing
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and similar tools
    • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and branding
    • Portfolio showcasing a range of creative and strategic design work
    • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and adapt to evolving needs
    • Associate degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field preferred

    Preferred Skills

    • Experience with web and UI design tools (e.g., Figma, Webflow, WordPress)
    • Basic video editing or animation (Premiere Pro, After Effects)
    • Familiarity with social media content planning and paid ads design
