    About Shabby Fabrics

Since 2005, Shabby Fabrics has been spreading joy and creativity around the world! We're a global leader in the quilting industry, loved for our innovative designs, original artwork, and top-notch quality. Nestled in beautiful Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, our mission is simple: inspire creativity and brighten lives.

We're a team that values positivity, teamwork, and a drama-free workplace (yes, really!). Every person here is valued, and we work hard to make Shabby Fabrics a place people love to come to every day.

    Why You'll Love This Role

Are you a designer who loves seeing your work come to life both on screen and in print? This role blends creativity with craftsmanship—you'll create eye-catching digital graphics, produce high-quality print materials, and collaborate with a team that's just as passionate about color, design, and detail as you are.

Every project you touch will help bring our brand to life and inspire thousands of quilters worldwide. If you're a detail-oriented creative who enjoys variety, this is the perfect opportunity to let your skills shine.

    What You'll Do

    • Design bold, engaging graphics for social media (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest).
    • Create visuals for our website, product promotions, marketing campaigns, and packaging.
    • Prepare and produce print-ready materials with an eagle eye for color and accuracy.
    • Stay inspired by keeping up with design trends, seasonal themes, and quilting aesthetics.
    • Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to bring ideas to life and implement feedback smoothly.
    • Juggle multiple projects while keeping deadlines and brand consistency on point.
    • Brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and special projects.

    What We're Looking For

    • 1–3 years of graphic design or related experience (preferred).
    • Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign required).
    • An excellent eye for color, composition, and design principles.
    • Attention to detail with the ability to adapt designs based on feedback.
    • Accurate color perception (a must for both digital and print!).
    • Great communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
    • Comfortable with a mix of standing, sitting, and walking as projects require.

    Schedule

    • Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

    Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefits package, including:

    • Health, dental, and vision insurance.
    • Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays.
    • A 401(k) plan with a generous company match.
    • Employee discounts on our amazing products.
    • Paid breaks to recharge during your workday.
