RESPONSIBILITIES • Responds to requests from customers and salespersons on matters pertaining to the application and operation of various gear projects throughout a region • Assists with the planning and presentation of training programs and other professional growth opportunities for customers and salespersons in the planning, installation and operations of various gear projects. • Provides verbal and written quotations or estimates of prices, terms and delivery for standard, complex or non-standard merchandise. • Resolves customer order problems and complaints promptly. • Prepares correspondence and reports necessary for business transactions.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: • Prefer Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) and/or two to four years’ equivalent combination of education and experience. • Expert knowledge of Distribution Switch Gear. • Prefer Switch Gear Manufacturer experience. • Expert ability to read and comprehend electrical plans. • Must have experience as a contractor inside salesperson or management of gear/lighting projects and/or electrical distribution and control projects desired. • PC literate with knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point) • Excellent written, verbal, presentation and negotiation skills.
