Performs minor trade activities related to building maintenance and grounds keeping for El Paso First Health Plans (Plan). Assists in work activities related to building maintenance, construction, security and special projects. Observes and responds to safety rules, regulations and security calls. Maintains tools and equipment furnished by the Plan and displays judicious use of supplies materials.

A. Work Experience: Two years experience in construction and remodeling or maintenance. B. Education and Training: Ability to read, write, speak English. Must be able to make mathematical calculations and follow detailed written and oral instructions.
