    POSITION SUMMARY:

    Reporting to the President, the VP of Strategic Development is responsible for defining and implementing Partner (customer and supplier) Marketing, and Digital strategies.  The role will provide direction and oversight of the day to day functions in marketing, digital solutions, and partner relationship management.

    This position was created to support a single partner vision across all methods of contact and collaborate with all teams who contribute to our partner strategy and execution.  The goal is to improve the overall partner experience in achieving targeted business outcomes.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manages all strategic projects related to the partner experience
    • Facilitates partner experience excellence throughout the company
    • Collaborates with sales and sales leadership to create a positive partner experience
    • Creates a consistent partner experience through development of a feedback culture
    • Develops and maintains monthly scorecard around meeting partner expectations
    • Freely connects and meets with all partners
    • Drives alignment to maximize customer lifetime value growth through evolving expectations
    • Supports the installed base of customers and maximizes their dollar value
    • Focuses on the physical and digital interactions with each partner
    • Collects analytical research and presents actionable data for salespeople
    • Presents and articulates strategic partners for OneSource
    • Develops brand awareness campaigns for partners
    • Drives results on improving market share with the right partners
    • Ensures partner experience is consistent and better than expected throughout engagement
    • Helps establish policies and procedures that produce high quality partner experiences
    • Supports relationships with key partners Rockwell and Siemens

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: 

    • Electrical, Industrial and/or distribution experience preferred but not required
    • Bachelor's degree (B.A or B.S.) from a 4-year college or University
    • 10+ years' in a Marketing, Customer Experience, and/or Executive Leadership role; or
    • Equivalent combination of education and experience.
