The NEW Bentonville location is looking for someone with printing production experience and a fun personality to prepare and print products for our customers while delivering outstanding customer service!

    This position is responsible for working directly with customers to prepare files, perform layout and setup, and complete print jobs, as well as assist with POS transactions for print, shipping, mailboxes and more.

    WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

    PostNet experience a huge plus

    Excellent file format and assessment knowledge

    Print file preparation skills (dimensions, bleed, CMYK adjustments)

    Knowledge of EFI Fiery and EFI Fiery Impose and Compose a plus

    Knowledge of paper types, sizes, weights, and quality

    Knowledge of printing press maintenance, alignments, and adjustments

    Exceptional customer service skills

    Multitasking – must have the ability to simultaneously process multiple tasks

    Experience with bulk mailing software and procedures preferred

    Computer hardware and software installation and troubleshooting skills preferred

    Valid driver’s license and eligibility to work in the U.S. required

    WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

    Experience producing business cards, flyers, booklets, pamphlets, etc. for customers

    Use and upkeep of printers and finishing equipment (Wide format: Cannon ImagePROGRAF TM-355, Printing Press (Konica Minolta AccurioPress C4070, Graphic Wizard card cutter, folder, laminator, etc.)

    Consults with customers on their project needs

    Trains other center personnel to use applications and equipment

    Center Operations including package drop-off, packing and shipping, private and virtual mailboxes

    Perform sales transactions

    Performs inventory, light cleaning, and other duties as required

    PHYSICAL AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

    Must be able to stand behind a sales counter and/or use a computer for extended periods of time

    Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds

    Must be able to communicate clearly with customers by phone, by email, and in-person

    May be required to operate a motor vehicle

    Must demonstrate knowledge of emergency policies and procedures

    Must perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner

    Schedule

    Monday-Friday 8:15am-5:15pm

    2 Paid 15 minute breaks, 1 unpaid 30 minute lunch

    Holidays off

    Subject to change with seasons/business volume
