Position Summary
The Graphics Specialist will create high-quality visual products that support SPIN Global's projects across multiple domains. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and the ability to transform complex information into clear, engaging, and visually compelling designs.

Washington D.C. preferred
Remote, with potential for travel as required.
**Duties & Responsibilities **
• Develop graphic content for reports, briefings, presentations, and other client-facing materials.
• Design layouts, infographics, illustrations, and visual assets that communicate technical and policy information clearly.
• Ensure consistency with organizational branding and formatting standards across all deliverables.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, writers, and program staff to conceptualize and execute visual solutions.
• Provide graphic design support for web content, social media, and other digital communication products.
• Incorporate accessibility and Section 508 compliance standards into all visual materials.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably supporting federal or large-scale projects.
• Advanced proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar tools).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in layout design, briefing materials, and visual storytelling.
• U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience designing for the government, nonprofit, or large organizations.
• Familiarity with emergency management, homeland security, or related fields.
• Knowledge of Section 508 accessibility standards and their application to visual products.
• Strong ability to translate technical content into clear, visually engaging materials.
