    Description:

    Join our team as a Lawn Maintenance Crew Lead and lead our crew in providing high-quality lawn care services to our clients. As the crew lead, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a passion for maintaining outdoor spaces.

    Responsibilities:

    Lead a crew of lawn care technicians in performing various tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, landscaping, and leaf cleanup.

    Develop and implement work schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to client specifications.

    Train and mentor new team members on proper lawn care techniques and safety procedures.

    Inspect equipment regularly and coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed.

    Communicate with clients to address any concerns and ensure satisfaction with services provided.

    Maintain accurate records of work performed, including hours worked, materials used, and client feedback.

    Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

    Requirements:

    Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role preferred.

    Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

    Knowledge of lawn care techniques, equipment operation, and plant identification.

    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

    Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

    Ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

    Pesticide applicator's license or willingness to obtain one.

    DOT driver physical card or willingness to obtain one.
