We sell fun! Our outdoor recreation company focuses on rooftop tents and accessories in the Overlanding industry. We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team.

QUALIFICATIONS AND THE JOB

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking to people
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Google Docs, Gmail
• Take incoming phone calls and respond to emails providing product information to potential, new, and returning customers
• Educate customers about our products
• Troubleshoot common issues and assist customers with warranty claims
• Assist in the warehouse occasionally
• Appreciation for the out-of-doors and camping is a plus
