Here’s what the position entails

Representing Orangetheory Pike Creek in the community

Collecting high-quality leads through face-to-face outreach

Tabling at University of Delaware hotspots, stores, races, and local events

Visiting businesses weekly to build partnerships

Engaging potential members with energy and clarity

Distributing promo materials and QR codes

Supporting grassroots campaigns and local pop-ups

Submitting leads daily to the sales team

Providing weekly activity reports and event recaps

Maintaining a clean, professional outreach setup
