My client is a fast growing biotech based in Montgomery County and is looking to hire a Global Payroll Director, reporting directly to the Head of Accounting Operations. The position will handle the following:

• Lead/Manage the global Payroll team, ensuring payroll is processed efficiently and team members are growing in their functions
• Keep abreast of international payroll laws/compliance and enforce controls
• Review payroll strategy and lead payroll reporting initiatives/ERP enhancements

Requirements

To be considered for this Global Payroll Director role, you should ideally possess a minimum of 3 years experience as the head of the payroll function for a publicly traded, global company with over 1,000 employees.
