My client, a CPA firm in Tampa, is in need of a Tax Accountant due to growth in the organization!  Flexible, upbeat work environment with the option to work remote.  Main responsibilities of the job will involve:

• Preparation of Individual, Corporate, Partnership, and S-Corp returns
• Review Tax information submitted by client for accuracy; client interaction required
• Preparation of payroll tax, sales, or other state & federal tax returns
• Preparation of tax accruals as may be required in preparing corporate tax returns
• Makes adjusting entries and complete trial balances in order to prepare a tax return.
• Assist with proofing financial statements, along with other accounting, auditing, and tax duties as needed.

Requirements for the position include:

• Bachelor's in accounting, Master's in accounting or equal experience level preferred
• Ultra-Tax and Quick Books preferred
• Active CPA or EA, or working towards obtaining the license
