About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Graveyard Member Services representative at Planet Fitness. As the leading fitness club in Bakersfield, CA, we are committed to providing a welcoming and supportive environment for our members.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to all members and guests

Assist with member inquiries, account maintenance, and issue resolution

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area

Monitor and ensure member compliance with club policies and procedures

Handle member check-ins and enforce club access policies

Requirements:

Previous customer service experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work overnight shifts and weekends

Basic computer and data entry skills

Passion for health and fitness

Must be able to lift up 50lbs (preferably 75lbs)
