Gravyty is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to produce blog posts, sales collateral, press releases, social posts, and more to grow our impact in the Social Good industry. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to uncover and tell the stories about how AI is revolutionizing fundraising for nonprofit organizations and higher education institutions.     As our Marketing Coordinator applicant you will:

    • Have experience within the sales/marketing field
    • Have a thorough understanding of elements of marketing, including traditional and digital forms (such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
    • Have skills in MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
    • Have graphic design skills (a plus) - whether you create content from scratch or use 3rd party tools/resources (Canva, Unsplash, etc)
    • Be well-organized; detail oriented; exceptional in the areas of communication and writing
    • Be creative, with a commercial awareness
    • Have an interest in nonprofits (a plus)
    • Have impeccable written and verbal communication skills
    • Be a strong team player but still a self-starter
    • Thrive in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly
    • Have the ability to function and meet or exceed expectations in ambiguous situations
    • Be driven - no one needs to push you to excel - it's just who you are
    • Be eager to learn, adapt and perfect your work; you seek out help and put it to good use

    As our Marketing Coordinator you will:

    • Interact with customers and prospects on a regular basis
    • Support sales team's relationship building efforts with prospective and current customers.
    • Develop deep, communicative relationships with both current and prospective customers founded on trust, passion, and a shared interest in nonprofit fundraising
    • Assign qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
    • Maintain and expand your database of prospects
    • Find new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
    • Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
    • Assist in analysis of marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
    • Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through a multiplicity of channels, ensuring channel is appropriate (social media, e-mail, conferences etc.)
    • Write regular blog posts, sending email newsletters, and create social media content to promote products and company brand
    • Assist in marketing activities, both outbound and inbound, by demonstrating expertise in a variety of areas (content development and optimization, advertising, graphic design, etc.)
    • Conceptualize and crystallize ideas for creative marketing campaigns
    • Participate in sales meetings
