PURPOSE STATEMENT
Acting as the front of the house for the entire facility, Guest Services set the international standard for Superyacht customer service. Team members provide security for high profile vessels while also creating a resort like atmosphere by assisting with daily crew activities, acting as point of contact for US Customs, monitoring crew amenities, providing transportation needs, assisting with vessel provisions and facility logistics. This person must display humility and professionalism at all times, personifies Rybovich values, and represents the Rybovich brand in positive way.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Required Skills
COMPETENCIES & ATTRIBUTES
Proficient in Microsoft products such as; Excel, Word, and Outlook
Able to use 2-way radios and UHF radios
Able to handle multiple phone calls from separate phones
Is able to multi-task on multiple electronics
Is able to sit for extended periods of time
Is able to stand for extended periods of time
Maintain a Professional/Polite and active appearance.
No visible body alterations including, but not limited to: tattoos above the neck, brands, body piercing other than traditional ear piercing for women, tongue piercing or splitting, tooth filing, earlobe expansion and disfiguring skin implants.
Able to remain active for extended periods of time
Possess a positive attitude with people and wide range situation/requests
Ability to make quick decisions based on customer trends or available information.
Ability to communicate in polite and clear manner
Ability and willingness to adapt to customer/facility needs
Must be willing to assist guest and maximize satisfaction without sacrificing safety.
Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions including but not limited to; cold, heat, rain, and extreme sun.
