    Job Overview: As a sales customer service representative, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers while also identifying opportunities to generate sales revenue. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and actively promote products or services to meet sales targets.

    Responsibilities:

    Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries, providing accurate information about products or services.

    Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations and solutions.

    Process sales orders, including order entry, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

    Actively engage with customers to promote sales opportunities, upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.

    Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchases and address any concerns or issues they may have.

    Maintain a thorough understanding of company products/services, pricing, and promotional offers to effectively assist customers and drive sales.

    Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software, updating customer profiles and preferences as needed.

    Collaborate with sales team members and other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.

    Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer satisfaction scores.

    Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities and strategies.

    Qualifications:

    Previous experience in customer service and/or sales roles, preferably in a retail environment.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.

    Strong sales aptitude and ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

    Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

    Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and multitask effectively.

    Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

    High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or customer service is a plus.
