ABOUT THE POSITION
The Customer Service Logistics Associate assists the customer service team with product returns resulting from order defects to damaged shipments. Candidates should be comfortable problem solving post order issues including items arriving damaged, defective, or in error. The role will coordinate return logistics including booking return shipments, and scheduling carrier pick ups.
We are looking for an organized and well-spoken Logistics Associate to work with customers in providing timely resolutions. This role will require daily interaction with Manufacturers, Vendors, and 3PL Shipping Partners. This is a great role for someone who is interested in shipping, logistics, warehousing.
