    ABOUT THE POSITION

    The Customer Service Representative assists the customer service team with post order support from order delays to damaged shipments. Candidates should be comfortable problem solving post order issues including items arriving damaged, defective, or in error. The role will coordinate return logistics including booking return shipments, and scheduling carrier pick ups.

    We are looking for an organized and well-spoken Customer Service Representative to work with customers in providing timely resolutions. This role will require daily interaction with Manufacturers, Vendors, and 3PL Shipping Partners. This is a great role for someone who is interested in customer service and eCommerce logistics.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Resolve post-order issues such as returns, replacements, delivery status and backorders
    • Obtain shipping quotes, prepare shipping instructions, and schedule pick ups for returning merchandise.
    • Coordinate changes to delivery service level changes
    • Managing open order reports and messaging late deliveries/backorders to our customers
    • Process replacement orders, including coordinating with vendors and arranging shipments.
    • Prioritize inquiries based on level of urgency, identifying matters that require an immediate response
    • Work cohesively with the team and provide weekly reports on progress

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce customer service
    • 1+ years using Zendesk or comparable customer service platforms
    • LTL and final mile delivery experience
    • Proficiency with spreadsheets, word processing, email and google suite
    • Skill with conflict management while keeping professional composure
    • Successful track record working in a high-volume environment
    • Regular or reliable attendance, excellent written and verbal communication skills
