Solar Sales Consultant
Job Description
At GraySquare we’re currently seeking motivated, go-getter candidates to join our growing solar sales team. If you’re looking for upward mobility, intensive training, to learn to sell a product that truly helps people, and an opportunity to be in a rapidly growing industry, we’ve got the role for you.
We have recently entered into the solar energy space in PA and NJ. With major programs and government incentives, homeowners can go solar for $0 out of pocket initial expense, savings tens of thousands of dollars on their lifetime energy costs. Solar energy is only going to grow in demand and popularity in the years to come.
As we are very quickly building our project, we want someone who is looking to advance into a Senior Sales role, where they will have leads provided by our team or a management role, both of which will merit a six figure OTE.
Primary Responsibilities
OTE year one: $90,000-120,000

We specialize in creating and implementing marketing and sales campaigns that drive sales and customer retention for our large business clients. Our clients give us a lot of creative control to manage the campaigns we build for them. We currently build and operate marketing campaigns in the telecommunications and energy industries. We’ve grown our internal team from 5 to 60 in a matter of 18 months.
