QUALIFICATIONS:

• Life Insurance License Required (Having A Health Insurance License also Will Allow you to Work in Medicare Sales also)
• Life Licensed in 10 or More States - More States Equals Greater Income Potential
• Good Computer / CRM Skills
• Familiar with "E-App" systems most carriers use.
• Ability to build rapport with clients - Enthusiastic!
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent Verbal communication skills - Clear and Pleasant
• Ability to Prioritize and multitask
• No Outstanding Debit Balance - Vector Checks are Done.
• Pass Carrier Background Checks
• Adhere to All Compliance and Regulations

• Up to Date Windows Based Laptop or PC Only - Sorry - MACS DO NOT WORK WITH SYSTEM
• An Additional Monitor is Recommended for Ease of Operation but not necessary to start.
• High Speed Internet - If you can Stream Movies Your Internet is most likely fast enough.
• HIPAA Compliant Area to Work in (away from anyone that could hear Private Client Discussions)
• Quiet, Professional and Comfortable Area to Work in (it is all remotely Phones Calls).

Our Business Development Liaisons work in-house and set appointments for Agencies Selling Voluntary Benefits. The Business Liaison Position is a W-2 Position with Full Benefits after 90 days. This is not an Insurance Sale Position. Our Final Expense Independent Agents (1099 Contractors) work Remotely on the platform provided 100% free of cost. We have Contracted with Lead providers to deliver Live Transfer Leads (customers) to Our Agents through, our system, that have indicated that they are ready to purchase. Be Friendly and Knowledgeable, Ask Health Questions, Verify Info Provided by Client and Complete and Submit Apps - That is All that we do. We are also seeking Experienced as well as Newly Licensed individuals for our Worksite Employee Voluntary Benefits Program with a $100-$150K per year opportunity. For Tele Sales Agents - Our Lead Providers use all types of advertising i.e. Social Media, Direct Mail, Television to name a few.
