    Full-time Office Assistant, with 2+ years of medical office experience.


    The ideal candidate will:
    *Be extremely organized, resolving issues in a real-time environment

    *Experience with typing and with Microsoft Office products such as EXCEL spreadsheets; knowledge of Med iSOFT a plus.
    *Be multitasking, hard-working and approachable with excellent
    communication skills
    *Keen attention to detail and strong documentation skills required
    *Model company values, presenting a professional manner and
    appearance
    *Act with integrity to maintain patient confidentiality and maximize
    patient satisfaction
    *Project a positive, proactive approach to achieve goals
    *Possess the ability to filter information and determine appropriate
    action based on operational guidelines

    Job Description Responsibilities Include:

    *Communicating with patients, as well as other healthcare offices

    * Continue strong relationships with referring physician offices
    *Investigating insurance denials and working with billing department

    *Strong documentation skills in resolving Insurance issues
    *Proactively addressing the needs of the business and managing office operations to company expectations
    *Managing appointments, calendar, conferences, etc...
    *Administrative duties, such as filing, faxing, preparing charts and
    treatment records, invoices, data entry, and mailing projects
