    Job Description

    The Human Resources Coordinator will primarily be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top internal and external talent, and building talent pipelines of high quality candidates. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills. This position will be an integral member of our Human Resources team, supporting the areas of talent acquisition, training and development. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

    · The set up and utilization of innovative sourcing strategies and networks to grow a pipeline of candidates for all hourly, management, and support center positions.

    · Hourly recruiting including advertising, open houses, career fairs. Drive restaurant level staffing results.

    · Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills and experience.

    · Screen and interview candidates via Zoom and in-person to assess hospitality, leadership abilities, and technical skills.

    · Establish metrics for program success, analyze and make recommendations to increase traffic on career sites and outside agencies.

    · Monitor competitor job postings and application process for best practices.

    · Coordinate and oversee site visits and interview process logistics through effective communication with Directors of Operations.

    · Manage all aspects of the campus recruiting program for internship and management candidates.

    · Partner with selected external search firms. Effectively communicate our current needs.

    · Serve as member of the Human Resources team, providing support in the areas of training and development.

     

     

    REQUIREMENTS:

    · 2+ years of recruiting experience; experience in hospitality industry preferred.

    · A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, English, Business, Communications, or Human Resources or related field.

    · Highly motivated, self-directed, and results driven.

    · Experience developing and implementing recruitment strategies that positively impact recruiting metrics and outcomes.

    · Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written), organizational skills, multi-tasking skills, and attention to detail.

    · Ability to communicate well with all levels of management and handle confidential information with integrity.

    · Ability to represent the company with a high degree of professionalism and promote a positive company image.

    · High level of comfort with Microsoft Office programs, such as Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. (ATS experience a plus)

    · Occasional travel for recruiting events.
