    Job Description

    We are seeking an IT Help Desk Support to join our team! You will resolve computer-related issues for our office and remote team members.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
    • Resolve hardware and software issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
    • Repairing or replacing damaged hardware.
    • Track customer issues and resolutions
    • Installing and upgrading anti-virus software to ensure security at the user level.
    • Maintain a high level of courteous customer service at all times
    • Establishing good relationships with all departments and colleagues.
    • Managing technical documentation.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • High school diploma/GED required (Associate degree preferred)
    • Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
    • Familiarity with Windows, Office 365
    • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
    • Positive and professional demeanor
    • Bilingual a plus
