    RESPONSIBILITIES - SALES MANAGER:

    • Build, train, lead, and assist the sales team in selling new and used RVs with the highest quality customer experience
    • Structuring and closing deals
    • Motivate and coach the sales team to achieve revenue targets and monitor/manage their progress and performance
    • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction/repeat business and referrals
    • Stay abreast of current inventory and RV market trends
    • Evaluate trades
    • Attend RV shows and other events as needed

    QUALIFICATIONS - SALES MANAGER:

    • RV / AUTOMOTIVE / POWERSPORT SALES OR FINANCE MANAGER EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
    • IDS G2 experience preferred
    • Great time-management skills
    • Desk management experience preferred
    • Energetic with excellent leadership and sales ability
    • Ability to drive sales and produce results; must be a strong closer
    • Motivated to achieve high standards
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Social media skills is a plus!
    • A positive attitude and professional appearance
    • Valid driver's license and good driving record
    • Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR and drug test
