Real Estate Marketing Assistant. This is an in-person position at our office location in Statesboro, Georgia. Description: We’re looking for a part-time Marketing Assistant to join our rapidly growing real estate company! Your job will be to work with our marketing team to produce social media graphics, video content, and paper marketing materials for our broker and company. Our ideal candidate has superb organizational skills, a knack for creative thinking, and a strong understanding of social media & marketing. The ideal candidate will be familiar with creating content through Canva and posting across all major social media platforms. Responsibilities: • Produce online and print marketing materials for our broker & company as needed • Help shoot & edit video content for publication online • Help organize community outreach events to improve brand recognition in the local area • Tracking analytics & metrics for social media content • Assist Office Manager- answering phones, organizing files, preparing folders, and light office work Qualifications: • This is an in-person position at our office location in Statesboro, Georgia. • High school diploma or equivalent required • Proficient with Canva design software • Comfortable working both independently & collaboratively • Familiar with posting on major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) • Communicates well, both verbally and written • Prior experience in the real estate industry is preferred but not required Compensation: $13.50 - $14.50 hourly
