    Job Description

    We are seeking highly motivational, never back down, energetic, and experienced outbound sales representatives to join our growing team! We are looking for someone who is eager to work, make some good money and has an interest in an opportunity that provides a great work atmosphere and the ability to truly help people.

    HOURLY PAY PLUS COMMISSION!

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Contacting businesses and Generating leads and setting qualified appointments
    • Processing potential leads
    • Actively manage the client database to ensure information is accurate and kept up to date
    • Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
    • Demonstrate dynamic closing skills via effective call management with business prospects
    • Process up to 165 calls per day (list of contacts provided) and document detail notes in CRM software

     

    IDEAL CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Outstanding customer service skills
    • Excellent organization with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently.
    • Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance.
    • Must be self-organized and attentive to details.
    • Able to sit at a desk for 8 hours and be able to type efficiently
    • Some knowledge of the property and casualty insurance industry
    • Persistent and results-oriented
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Negotiation skills, B2B, closing skills

     

    THE POSITION OFFERS a compensation package including base salary and commissions with unlimited income potential.
