Responsibilities: • Develop the expertise necessary to deliver exemplary service and significant value to clients • Prospect for new business through daily contact with company leads and personal connections • Nurture connections to build a pipeline of future business • Manage real estate transactions through their life cycle • Constantly assess performance and business metrics • Conduct buyer consultations, listing presentations, home showings, and host open houses • Guide clients through every step of the home buying/selling process • Facilitate required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth client experience • Act as an advocate for clients when representing their interests with other parties • Effectively negotiate favorable terms in the client's best interest • Seek out learning opportunities to provide significant value to clients • Leverage our existing relationships with brokerage partners Qualifications: • Full-time only; committed to a 40+ hours/week schedule • High School Diploma (College Degree Preferred) • Real Estate License or willingness to obtain Real Estate License within 60 days • Reliable Transportation • Competitive with a high-income mindset • Expect coaching and accountability • Thrives in a structured environment • Time management skills • People-oriented and service-focused • Excellent at building and nurturing relationships • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills • Excited to work in a fast-paced, changing industry • Capable of honest self-assessment • A meticulous eye for detail • Capable of following scripts and dialogues • Adept at learning and utilizing new technologies Compensation: $100,000 at plan commission
