JOB TITLE: Customer Service Representative/Bilingual
FACILITY: Great Lakes Label
DEPARTMENT: Administrative Office
REPORTS TO: Vice President Sales & Marketing
STATUS: Hourly
JOB SUMMARY:
The principal function of this position is to maintain the customer service for Spanish speaking customers and order entry functions in an accurate and efficient manner as directed by established procedures and instructed by the CEO and VP. Effective collaboration with all departments of Great Lakes Label is critical.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF YOUR JOB:
Communicate with customers and staff in a professional and courteous manner
Respond appropriately to incoming calls and emails
Customer account maintenance
Process customer estimates and orders
Provide coverage for other customer service representative(s) when needed
Collaborate closely with other departments
Cross trained to assist in other departments as needed
Travel to customer locations
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Must have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree. Must have prior customer service experience. Experience with label printing production preferred. Must have a strong proficiency in technology, and outstanding interpersonal skills and Bilingual – Spanish preferred.
