Position Overview: As a Front Desk Supervisor, you are the direct line of support for our Receptionist. You play a pivotal role in ensuring patients have a great experience from the moment they walk through the door to when they leave the office by ensuring policies/procedures are followed, monitoring wait times, being active in the recruitment – training of new staff, conducting audits, promptly addressing issues, and responding to customer concerns. Weekly work schedule is flexible. During busier times and whenever warranted you are required to ensure all duties are completed and clinic is fully supported.

Required Qualifications:

Proficiency in data entry, Excel, word processing, ten‑key calculator and typing required.

2 years of experience in insurance verification

3 years of experience in medical front office position

1-2 years of experience in a lead or training role

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred
