Seeking independent, self-starter for general facility repairs and maintenance at approximately 20 restaurant locations. Will be working directly with Facilities Manager and restaurant managers, but will often be working independently, as well. Must have the ability to problem solve and identify issues that need more attention and communicate to the appropriate people. Construction (and tools) or back-of-house restaurant experience a plus!

Full time position, but hours are flexible. Some work will occur weekends and evenings, and some quantity of on-call availability is required.

Tasks could include:

Visiting locations on a regular rotation to address necessary repairs/maintenance including:

Small carpentry projects

Painting touch-up/re-finishing

Power-washing

Furniture adjustment/repair

Creative fix-it solutions for misc issues

Restaurant equipment trouble-shooting/small repairs/alterations

Occasionally providing access for vendors/contractors off-hours

Errands and Deliveries

Must have reliable transportation that can handle small to medium sized deliveries.

Able to lift 50 lbs and/or move awkward materials as part of the job.

Equipment relocation (to alternate location or to repair shop, etc).
