    Meet and greet all members and guest with the upmost attentiveness and courtesy.

    Provide outstanding service to our members and their guests in a professional and courteous manner.

    Be knowledgeable of fitness activities and equipment in order to adequately explain them to members and guests.

    Quickly learn members’ names and greet members and guests by name as they enter the wellness floor

    Perform equipment orientations

    Maintain cleanliness and safety of wellness floor and studios.

    Attend to cleaning task list while on shift.

    Report any equipment repairs to supervisor.

    Organize each room with the proper equipment during hourly walk-throughs.

    Replenish supplies such as disinfectant wipes on wellness floor and in studios.

    Enforce facility policies and regulations in each room.

    Other functions:

    Attend scheduled staff meetings.
