    ABOUT US:

    GREATER HORIZON HEALTHCARE is one of the premier in-home healthcare providers for clinical and non-clinical services in the Greater Boston area. We are currently looking for a polished Administrative Assistant to join our team to further support our growing amount of health care providers and clients. Duties and responsibilities will include supporting clients and employees through a variety of tasks related to payroll, organization, and external client communication. Responsible for confidential HIPPA compliant and time sensitive material. Familiar with a variety of filing systems, practices and procedures. Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all Administrative Assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. May direct and lead the work of others including seasonal interns. Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and a wide degree of compliance and abiding to statewide regulations is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

    THIS ROLE WILL REPORT DIRECTLY TO THE CEO AND CFO of the agency to ensure fast and efficient operation of the office.

    ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    ·       Answer and forward incoming phone calls

    ·       Greeting all incoming visitors/applicants and schedule meetings and appointments

    ·       Maintain contact lists and manage staff appointments

    ·       Produce and distribute correspondence, mail, faxes and forms

    ·       Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and invoices

    ·       Develop and maintain a filing system

    ·       Order office supplies, inventory management, and process maintenance requests for equipment

    ·       Provide general support to visitors

    ·       Provide information by answering questions and requests

    ·       Assist with social media engagement and light marketing tasks

    ·       Assist with coordination of open-houses and assist at local job fairs

    ·       Develop and enhance current administrative systems to make them more efficient

    REQUIREMENTS:

    ·       Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

    ·       Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

    ·       Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

    ·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    ·       Strong organizational and planning skills

    ·       Proficient in MS Word and Online Research

    ·       At least 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area

    ·       High school diploma or equivalent

    ·       Experience in healthcare is a plus but not mandatory

    Job Type: Temporary

    Salary: $15.00 to $17.00 /hour
