Qualifications
- Proven experience in a business development leadership role, preferably in the HR consulting industry or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in generating leads, winning new business, and meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of the nonprofit sector and experience in developing strategic partnerships in this area.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach and the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a preference for taking action and initiative
