    Scope of Services Requested The Greater Raleigh CVB (VisitRaleigh) desires to contract with a professional individual or company to assist the CVB's Executive Vice President along with the Directors of Convention Sales, Sports Marketing, Leisure Marketing, Destination Development and Information and Marketing Technologies in the economic impact analysis of conventions, meetings, sports competitions, festivals and blockbuster exhibitions(EVENTS). Contractor will work with both the noted GRCVB staff, who serve as the points of contact to the event planners in each of the GRCVB's strategic visitation segments (Group and Leisure) as well as work in collaborative partnership with the management staff of Wake County based meeting and sports facilities, key tourism attractions and municipal government. Contractor will advise these management staffs on the proper industry standard of how and why to gather event data, give detailed instruction on how to load the data into our CRM via our on-line partner extranet (PIXL) and then generate an annual partner report validating the economic impact of each partners hosted annual events and the ROI of public inter-local funding. All work will be assigned weekly/monthly in accordance with the CVB's annual budget, business plan and the Destination Strategic Plan of the City of Raleigh and Wake County. More details at www.visitraleigh.com/2028 The selected contractor must embrace a detailed approach to project work and demonstrate success in the following to be retained in the service of the CVB: Proficiency in the use of Tourism Economics -Economic Impact Calculators (EIC) for meetings, sports, festivals and cultural events: The operation and functionality of the licensed software, the understanding, gathering and importance of the data fields, the analysis and interpretation of the data outputs to include ROI analysis. Proficiency in the operation of the GRCVB's CRM: Contractor will need to be able to work within this database system and the (DSP) module to import, calculate, track and archive economic impact data for each of our partners account records. From the submitted data, demonstrate the ability to generate annual partner reports that measure all their hosted events, the economic impact of each event, the cumulative annual sum of the direct economic impact and a ROI analysis.The selected contractor will be invited to enter into an agreement with the Greater Raleigh CVB for an annual term, work being assigned weekly or monthly. The Greater Raleigh CVB will agree to pay the contractor $20 per hour of work and anticipates that assigned work will not exceed 100 hours per month.
