THIS POSITION IS IN FORT ATKINSON, WI

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services and quotes to customers
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Process orders and other reports as needed.

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3-5 years of previous experience in manufacturing customer service, sales, or other related fields.
  • Preferred experience in the corrugated industry.
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Corrugated Box Plant Experience is a plus

Education

• Associates degree or equivalent with a combination of qualifications listed above.
