Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team! You will resolve computer-related issues for your clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
• Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
• Track customer issues and resolutions
• Install and configure software and hardware (printers, PCs, Laptops, etc.)
• Monitor system and network performance
• Perform troubleshooting, repairs and data restoration
• Performance maintenance activities
• Maintain licenses and upgrade schedules

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate's Degree in Information Technology or computer science or higher preferred
• Knowledge of IT systems and applications
• Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields; 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be able to travel to all 4 locations (Racine, Fort Atkison, Waukesha, and Germantown) Mileage Reimbursement is available.
