Job Description

We are currently interviewing for an independent topflight Salesperson to join our team. The successful candidate will be a true "hunter" in every sense of the word! You will be handsomely rewarded for closing deals for one of the largest companies in a green market where we have little to no competition.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Willing to learn a new industry. We will provide all training necessary to help you succeed.
• Build and form new partnerships with potential clients. Some outside sales may be required from time to time.
• Able to communicate effectively via email and on the phone.
• Establish sales objectives, quotas, and monthly goals in accordance with management forecasting.
• Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs.
• Negotiate prices, terms and prepare sales contracts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Self-Starter with the ability to work independently without a lot of direct supervision
• Proven track record of increasing sales in a competitive market
• Extroverted, sociable, people oriented, empathetic, and persuasive
• Familiarity with SalesForce CRM platform is not required but helpful
• Ability to build rapport with clients
