Fast paced and growing roofing and solar energy contractor is seeking recent graduates and experienced sales professionals to sell residential and commercial roofing and solar PV systems in Massachusetts and Connecticut. Position is desirable for dependable, people-oriented sales professionals with schedule flexibility, ability to travel within Massachusetts and Connecticut, achievement oriented self-starters and can work independently. Experience in the construction or environmental industry is a plus. Duties include but are not limited to meeting with residential and commercial clients, both existing clientele and new lead generation. Build and maintain a network of resources to identify new sales leads and opportunities. Detailed reporting of sales activities for project management. Follow up skills necessary from initial sales call through project closing and completion of project. Work with internal departments to identify and provide the best solutions to clients, financing options, and excellent customer service. Base salary plus bonus pay based upon performance and sales achievement.
