    In business for over 15 years, Green Energy Biofuel LLC (GEB) is a recycling company that specializes in supplying biofuel feedstock to the largest biofuel producers in the world. Biofuels are derived from renewable organic materials, such as vegetable oils, animal fats, and recycled cooking oil, making them a more sustainable and environmentally friendly option compared to conventional fossil fuels. Our primary focus is on collecting waste cooking oil from various sources, including restaurants, food manufacturers, and other establishments.

    Our Winnsboro plant is in search for a Service and Support Technician. This is a day shift, Monday-Friday position. As the Service & Support Technician, you will operate a high-pressure washing system to clean large areas, such as buildings, walkways, grease collection bins, grease traps, Solar panels and commercial vehicles. You will support operations in the processing of oil through the facility, including sampling and reporting. The successful candidate will also demonstrate good use of power tools in previous roles. Duties will include, but are not limited to:

    Plant operations

    Assist Customer Service Manager

    Pressure wash, repair and paint collection bins

    Deliver and/or swap collection bins for new and existing vendors

    Assist with un/loading trucks, process oil, move product from tank to tank

    Maintain cleanliness inside and outside of the plant

    Test UCO samples per the SOP and enter in the Sample Log

    Loading and unloading trucks as needed

    Pressure Washer Duties and Responsibilities

    Set a standard for customer service to assure customer satisfaction

    Drive company vehicle to service customer sites.

    Check the equipment to make sure you have an adequate water supply and that it is working properly

    Operate pressure washer machinery to clean surfaces

    Inspect the surface area after the washing to ensure it is clear of dirt and debris

    Clear the job site and store all hoses and equipment correctly

    Follow all safety protocols to prevent damage or injury

    The ability to handle and follow all safety protocols when using chemicals

    Ability to work in confined spaces (training will be provided)

    Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    High school diploma or equivalent

    At least one year of industry experience with high-pressure equipment preferred

    Able to stand extended periods and lift at least 50 pounds

    Previous use of powered industrial truck

    Requirements

    Valid driver's license with good driver record

    Dependable transportation

    Knowledge and experience in the use of various powered hand tools

    Ability to multitask, prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment

    Good attitude and strong work ethic

    Maturity and focus

    Ability to follow standard safety procedures at all times

    Maintain clean tools and work environment

    Arrive to work on time

    Ability to take direction and input from other leaders as directed

    Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

    Proper appropriation of company funds

    Demonstrate good sustainability efforts.

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions. The employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions. The noise level in the work environment can be loud. This is a day shift position, Monday through Friday.
