Job Description

We are a Hemp supplement and body care Company seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support and Order Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers and managing the order processing and fulfillment process. Responsibilities: * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat promptly and professionally * Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and resolving any order-related issues * Communicate with the warehouse and shipping team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment * Manage and maintain customer accounts and order histories in our customer management system * Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure products are in stock and available for purchase * Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to stay up-to-date on product information and promotions * Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience * Other role-relevant responsibilities will apply Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent, some college coursework preferred * 2+ years of experience in customer service or order fulfillment, preferably in a supplement or e-commerce industry * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy * Proficiency with Microsoft Office, apple devices, and experience with customer management systems * Knowledge of the supplement industry and body care products preferred * Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with the company If you are passionate about customer service and have strong attention to detail, please submit your resume and cover letter for consideration.
