    Executive Assistant

    Green Home Solutions, a national franchise network, is looking for an Executive Assistant for our Hartford, CT office.

    Essential Functions:

    Provide general administrative support to C-level executives.

    Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings

    Producing information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.

    Assist with basic bookkeeping functions.

    Assist with Travel & Expense Reporting.

    Help prepare for meetings.

    Make travel arrangements for executives.

    Coordinate logistics for meetings, trainings, annual convention and other events.

    Requirements:

    Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.

    Bookkeeping skills a plus.

    In-depth understanding of MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

    Minimum High school diploma. Specialized Business Certificate Program or Associates Degree Preferred.

    Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.

    Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.

    A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.

    Professional level verbal and written communications skills.

    Location: Hartford, CT

    Hours: 25-35 hours per week. May lead to full time position for right person.

    Pay: $13.00 - $17.00/ hour, Depending on Experience
