Our team at Green Home Solutions TrueEnviro (TrueEnviro) is searching for an energetic, customer-focused and hardworking team-member to help expand our Digital Engagement & Inside Sales with customers. This is is a vital, full-time role within our company, based out of our Southern California office, offering Salary, Health Benefits and commission bonuses based on success. The primary focus of this role will be three-fold: 1.) To help the company create, post and engage with customer's through our Social Media, Email Marketing, and other Digital Platforms, 2.) Directly engage, respond and schedule customers via direct in-bound and out-bound sales calls via the telephone, email and other listing services and, 3.) Work directly with ownership and Office Managers of both our SoCal and Atlanta offices for maximized efficiencies and results. This position is Full-Time, Monday - Friday from 12pm - 8pm (Pacific Time) from the office with the opportunity for some remote work (work from home).

Responsibilities: (including but not limited to)

Direct customer sales and support from phone, email, text and business listings & platforms

Up-selling existing base of clients as well as calling on new clients

Taking & forwarding messages and maintaining contact lists

Content creation for Social Media, Online, Email and, Direct Mail campaigns

Social Media, Online and Direct community engagement

Management of Email & Direct mail marketing

Team scheduling and management support

Document and billing preparations and distribution

Some general office responsibilities and duties (as needed)

Desired Skills & Experience:

Comfortable with answering calls in a fast paced environment and engaging with customers

Comfortable explaining and selling services to customers

Effectively collaborate both internally with team members and externally with outside partners

Strong working knowledge of customer service strategies

Ability to design and create marketing layouts for Social Media and Direct Mail campaigns

Proficient with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and GMB platforms

Proficient with Zoho Social, Hootsuite and/or other Social Media Management software

Proficient with Zoho Campaigns and/or other Email Management campaign software

Proficient with general office systems like: Microsoft Office, Google Suite, PPT, CRM software
