Our team at Green Home Solutions TrueEnviro, a national company, is searching for people to join our growing business in the Houston Market. We have an immediate opening for a full time Office Manager position. This is a vital role within our company and candidates should have 3 years of operational leadership in a service-oriented environment. The primary focus will be to manage the office responsibilities through strategic organization and communication. The optimal individual for this position will be one that excels and finds satisfaction in exceeding their daily responsibilities while coordination between various team members.
Responsibilities: (including but not limited to)
Internal as well as external misc. operations
Customer service and client relations
Records maintenance
Document preparations / client proposal
Up-selling existing base of clients as well as calling on new clients
General office responsibilities and duties (as needed)
Usual billing tasks
Assist in various marketing initiatives
Expense control
Assist in the supervision of staff to achieve maximum productivity
Track inventory, supply and order
Maintain contact lists
Answer and direct phone calls
Desired Skills & Experience:
Proficient in: Microsoft Office, Google Suite, PPT, ZoHo CRM software
A basic understanding of ISN systems
Basic accounting experience, various platform knowledge is a plus
Working knowledge of general office duties
Effectively collaborate both internally as well as externally
A proven self-starter with the ability to influence others
Strong working knowledge of customer service strategies
The ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
Passion for the environmental service industry is a plus
