As an Hygienic Cleaning Technician, you will be on the front line providing specialized cleaning & disinfection services using advanced cleaning methods. This is a demanding position that requires patience, perseverance and attention to detail. The work can be tedious at times but at the end of the day, you will take pride in knowing your efforts made a difference in someone’s life and well-being. To qualify, you need to be a self-starter who can work independently but can function as an integral part of our team. You must be reliable, punctual, and willing to learn. Possibilities for additional training and advancement exist.

Responsibilities

Perform tasks related to cleaning and/or disinfecting various indoor environments and affected contents (furniture, household goods, etc.) including HEPA vacuuming, disinfecting, etc.

Follow industry and company cleaning protocols to the letter

Compile and maintain records (work logs, inventory lists, photos, etc.) as needed

Clean and maintain equipment

Adhere to company standards for appearance and comportment

Qualifications & Skills

Awareness of health and safety issues particularly as related to indoor air quality

Ability to adapt to varied work schedules and flexible shifts

Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in personal protective equipment including full facemask/breathing apparatus

Willingness to work in confined spaces

Mission-oriented mindset with exacting attention to detail

Excellent customer service, communication and self-management skills

Janitorial, water restoration or mold remediation experience preferred but not required
