Marketing/Sales:
Create and develop relationships with real estate agents
Achieve maximum client retention
Uphold the company's credibility and reputation by ensuring customer satisfaction and good client relationships
Meet or exceed assigned monthly quota
Engage with clients to understand needs
Perform customer research, analyze current market conditions, and competitor best practices to determine best sales strategies for serving more clients
Create and update Marketing Plan
Develop and maintain sales and promotional materials
Conducts regular office visits
Join and attend targeted Community Networking groups
Develops and performs presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients
Attend trade meetings and industry conventions
Effectively use POS/CRM system to track clients
Collaborate with team and share information across the organization to build positive relationships with clients
Qualifications/Skills:
Must have a professional appearance and positive attitude
A valid driver license with a good driving record
Ability to pass a criminal background check
