    Marketing/Sales:

    Create and develop relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and loan officers

    Achieve maximum client retention

    Uphold the company's credibility and reputation by ensuring customer satisfaction and good client relationships

    Meet or exceed assigned monthly quota

    Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects

    Perform customer research, analyze current market conditions, and competitor best practices to determine best sales strategies for serving more clients and increasing sales

    Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news

    Create and update Marketing Plan

    Develop and maintain sales and promotional materials

    Conducts regular office visits

    Join and attend targeted Community Networking groups

    Research opportunities to improve upon sales, service and customer relations objectives

    Develop and perform presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients

    Attend trade meetings and industry conventions

    Effectively use POS/CRM system to track clients

    Collaborate with the team and share information across the organization to build positive relationships with clients

    Qualifications/Skills:

    Must have a professional appearance and positive attitude

    A valid driver license with a good driving record

    Ability to pass a criminal background check

    Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner

    Gather and analyze information skillfully

    Utilize strong interpersonal skills to relate well to all kinds of people inside and outside the organization

    Demonstrates persistence and dependability by rapid follow-up on commitments

    Come to work pre-motivated and to proactively achieve company objectives

    Overcomes objections and concerns in an appropriate manner

    Initiate actions to complete what is important in appropriate priority order

    Prioritize effectively and arrive organized to work

    Punctual, self-motivated and understands objectives and is proactive in their approach to achieve them. Looks for opportunities to improve upon those objectives
